Today, Georgie had the pleasure of interviewing Caroline Kennedy, an accomplished coach with an impressive background in business and leadership. Caroline is not your average coach; she has walked the C-suite path and worked with highly successful people, from business owners to CEOs and executives, to help them achieve their goals and take their impact and performance to the next level.
Caroline draws on her extensive experience in leading multinational companies with annual revenues of up to $250 million and has delivered impressive outcomes, such as taking a company from $38 million to $55 million in just 18 months during a global financial crisis. Her achievements have been acknowledged twice by the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and by the International Stevie Awards in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
Caroline’s coaching methods are neuroscience and human behaviour-based, tailored specifically to the leaders she works with.
