Georgie has eight years working as a recruitment consultant specialising in software development, UX/UI, Digital Design and account management. Over the years, Georgie has assisted many small, medium and enterprise business grow their workforce and scale up quickly!
She knows speed is essential when it comes to attracting top talent. Working in a competitive market, Georgie prides herself on building trusted relationships with clients and candidates. Georgie always goes above and beyond to ensure she matches the best talent with the right businesses. George does this through passion and care for her client’s needs and listening to her candidate’s motivations. Due to her drive and determination to make a difference in the recruitment world, she launched CH Solutions to help businesses grow their workforce with the best talent Australia wide.
Pam Caldwell

Pam started recruiting in IT in 2006 in a world before LinkedIn went global. Can you imagine? Recruitment has evolved since then, and it is more important than ever to utilise all tools at your disposal to get your hiring right the first time.
We know all too well the cost of a ‘bad hire’ and working with Pam will give you access to a true consultative style. She advises at each stage of the hiring lifecycle to strategically eliminate the risk where possible, every time. From working with the worlds largest investment banks to SME’s across the Globe, three common themes remain prevalent when it comes to growing your workforce: Time, Quality, Cost.
Pam will partner with you to ensure you analyse and prioritise these critical factors in the correct order. Pam believes building long-term client relationships is key to the success of the best Recruitment Consultants in the market and prides herself on partnering with a business and its people to get to the core of its culture and needs. Brianna Bailey
Managing Partner
Brianna fell into recruitment unexpectedly. She was originally seeking to leave retail and move somewhere where she felt she had a purpose. Brianna loves recruitment because with every phone call, interview and placement she makes she feels she is helping people grow – whether that be with their career, mental health, or skillsets.
Brianna was drawn to join CH because of Georgie and Pam’s warmth and personality, but also with the values that CH holds “believe(ing) everyone should come to work every day feeling safe, valued and with a purpose”
Brianna is a cat mum of two and is very passionate about our planet and its people. Brianna’s first time on a plane and overseas was a solo trip to Africa… landing in a field in Zanzibar with the airport being just a giant shed was definitely a culture shock, to say the least. Brianna has a strong interest in psychology, forensics and criminology, understanding the human mind is something she is passionate about.
Skyla Morrison
Senior Talent Partner
Skyla fell into recruitment purely by coincidence, it started off as a placeholder until she found something else, but as soon as Skyla started placing people into roles she began to find joy. Skyla realised she loved making connections with people and finding ways to bring out the best in them, enabling them to flourish.

Great care has gone into culminating a warm, passionate, driven team that thrives on each other’s successes just as much as they support each other’s challenges. A fun fact about Skyla is that she’s a HUGE animal lover. Her family has two dogs (Arto and Ginnie) who she frequently dognaps and passes off as her own. (Not to mention the embarrassing amount of photos she has of each, that she will happily share at the slightest show of interest. Skyla loves watching animal documentaries, especially those on big cats and African predators (seriously, quiz her!). One day Skyla plans to open a farm for dogs that have nowhere else to go, where they can live out the remainder of their days running around in the sun (and occasionally giving her pets).

Kyle has a skill at identifying the right candidate for your business. He prides himself on having exceptional communication and personable skills. He loves to work closely with both his clients and candidates to ensure exceptional companies grow with exceptional talent.
“I love to fail. But when I do, I learn and grow from my mistakes.”
In his spare time, he loves teaching group fitness programs including Les Mills RPM and Sprint. In October 2016 he instructed on the Masterclass of Bodyattack 96 and RPM 74, an educational video that goes worldwide to over 20,000 instructors.

Paula Gomez-Bastias

Early on, studying for her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management, Paula realised all successful businesses had one thing in common; successful teams. Human Resource Management invited Paula to the world of recruitment, and she instantly knew that she was passionate about the industry.

Most people would not know that Paula was born in Santiago, Chile. Her parents decided to move to Australia to give their children better opportunities. She wants to further that attitude and help her clients encounter better opportunities, improving their work and life experience, resulting in them being their best possible selves. Paula believes that everyone should accept as many opportunities as possible not to have any regrets later in their lifetime.
Hannah Polglase
Technical Recruiter
Hannah came across Recruitment whilst job searching, after taking a leap of faith, moving countries and deciding it was time for a career change. From her science industry experience and volunteering roles back home in New Zealand, she discovered her passion for helping people of all backgrounds on their journeys to success. She knew she wanted a career that would challenge her and utilise her interpersonal skills to make a genuine difference to others.
CH Solutions stood out to Hannah simply because of the inspiring team behind the brand. She loved the ethos of the company and the genuine passion and support of each member to achieve their goals, personally and professionally. She realised an abundance of opportunities at CH, so it was a no-brainer to join the team.
Hannah is a yogi at heart and got her teaching qualification in Byron Bay before settling in Melbourne. She loves travel and adventure and backpacked around the world for six months (with only carry-on luggage!), including a week-long hike through the French Alps, paragliding in Turkey, and once she got chased by elephants in Sri Lanka! Fun fact about Hannah – she is a pun queen – just don’t get her started, or you might regret it.

Sarah joined the recruitment industry because she has a passion for helping people! Sarah loves connecting with people and learning all about them to help them achieve their career goals.
Sarah was drawn to the team at CH because it consists of kind, genuine and hard-working individuals, which was clear to her from the get-go. It was so great to connect with the team and feel welcomed instantly. Sarah is excited to learn from and work alongside “the best of the best.” Sarah loves the team culture, the passion Pam and Georgie have for female empowerment, and the importance they place on mental health.
Sarah loves dancing and singing and was in Billy Elliot the musical when she was 12. Sarah also loves going to yoga and pilates classes and enjoys mainly reading romance and thriller books.

Chief Happiness Officer
Ted loves coming into the office every day. He loves meetings, but they are tiresome, so you’ll often find him asleep in his bed throughout the day.
Ted puts a massive smile on everyone’s face, and he’s there to greet you every time you walk into the office.
Ted also loves carrots.
