Pam started recruiting in IT in 2006 in a world before LinkedIn went global. Can you imagine? Recruitment has evolved since then, and it is more important than ever to utilise all tools at your disposal to get your hiring right the first time.

Brianna fell into recruitment unexpectedly. She was originally seeking to leave retail and move somewhere where she felt she had a purpose. Brianna loves recruitment because with every phone call, interview and placement she makes she feels she is helping people grow – whether that be with their career, mental health, or skillsets.
Brianna was drawn to join CH because of Georgie and Pam’s warmth and personality, but also with the values that CH holds “believe(ing) everyone should come to work every day feeling safe, valued and with a purpose”
Brianna is a cat mum of two and is very passionate about our planet and its people. Brianna’s first time on a plane and overseas was a solo trip to Africa… landing in a field in Zanzibar with the airport being just a giant shed was definitely a culture shock, to say the least. Brianna has a strong interest in psychology, forensics and criminology, understanding the human mind is something she is passionate about.

Pri adopted skills she now uses in recruitment very early on. Pri loves a bit of excitement and adventure, but she didn’t ever think she was someone who takes such a drastic leap of faith! Guess what? She did! And here she now lives in wonderful Melbourne!
Pri woke up one morning and decided she was going to move to Melbourne. Having never been to Melbourne before, (leaving all her family and friends behind). She set off on a journey that has brought so much joy to her life! “I feel you sometimes have to do something new and trust in the magic of new beginnings.” And we are so glad she did!

Kyle has a skill at identifying the right candidate for your business. He prides himself on having exceptional communication and personable skills. He loves to work closely with both his clients and candidates to ensure exceptional companies grow with exceptional talent.

In his spare time, he loves teaching group fitness programs including Les Mills RPM and Sprint. In October 2016 he instructed on the Masterclass of Bodyattack 96 and RPM 74, an educational video that goes worldwide to over 20,000 instructors.

Nicole realised Recruitment was for her when she discovered that she adored working with people to help them achieve their goals. Nicole naturally seemed to become a go-to person for help and coaching. During her time as a workplace trainer, she gained exposure to the recruitment side of businesses and thought, ‘why don’t I try that in a different industry?’ Nicole loves making conversations and hearing people’s stories.
Nicole was attracted to CH Talent Solutions because of Pam’s warmth and kind nature; even just on the phone, Nicole could tell she pours her whole heart and soul into this business and wants the best for her staff and clients. Nicole was looking for a company that shares the same beliefs as she does, and she believes she has found it in CH (Promise we didn’t pay her to say this).
Nicole is terrified of heights, and we mean terrified! She doesn’t even like using a stool to reach the top cabinets (and from her own words… “being 5ft 2, I need it most of the time.” However, a few years back, she went on Contiki to New Zealand and impulsively decided to do bungee jump and skydive. She has never been so terrified! “It’s a lie what people say; you never get over the fear of heights after doing a bungee jump or skydive; I will never do one again.”
Early on, studying for her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management, Paula realised all successful businesses had one thing in common; successful teams. Human Resource Management invited Paula to the world of recruitment, and she instantly knew that she was passionate about the industry.

Most people would not know that Paula was born in Santiago, Chile. Her parents decided to move to Australia to give their children better opportunities. She wants to further that attitude and help her clients encounter better opportunities, improving their work and life experience, resulting in them being their best possible selves. Paula believes that everyone should accept as many opportunities as possible not to have any regrets later in their lifetime.

Ted loves coming into the office every day. He loves meetings, but they are tiresome, so you’ll often find him asleep in his bed throughout the day.
Ted puts a massive smile on everyone’s face, and he’s there to greet you every time you walk into the office.
