Pam started recruiting in IT in 2006 in a world before LinkedIn went global. Can you imagine? Recruitment has evolved since then, and it is more important than ever to utilise all tools at your disposal to get your hiring right the first time.

Kyle has a skill at identifying the right candidate for your business. He prides himself on having exceptional communication and personable skills. He loves to work closely with both his clients and candidates to ensure exceptional companies grow with exceptional talent.

In his spare time, he loves teaching group fitness programs including Les Mills RPM and Sprint. In October 2016 he instructed on the Masterclass of Bodyattack 96 and RPM 74, an educational video that goes worldwide to over 20,000 instructors.

Pri adopted skills she now uses in recruitment very early on. Pri woke up one morning and decided she was going to move to Melbourne. Having never been to Melbourne before, (leaving all her family and friends behind). She set off on a journey that has brought so much joy to her life! “I feel you sometimes have to do something new and trust in the magic of new beginnings.” And we are so glad she did!

Brianna fell into recruitment unexpectedly. She was originally seeking to leave retail and move somewhere where she felt she had a purpose. Brianna loves recruitment because with every phone call, interview and placement she makes she feels she is helping people grow – whether that be with their career, mental health, or skillsets.
Brianna was drawn to join CH because of Georgie and Pam’s warmth and personality, but also with the values that CH holds “believe(ing) everyone should come to work every day feeling safe, valued and with a purpose”
Brianna is a cat mum of two and is very passionate about our planet and its people. Brianna’s first time on a plane and overseas was a solo trip to Africa… landing in a field in Zanzibar with the airport being just a giant shed was definitely a culture shock, to say the least. Brianna has a strong interest in psychology, forensics and criminology, understanding the human mind is something she is passionate about.

Ted loves coming into the office every day. He loves meetings, but they are tiresome, so you’ll often find him asleep in his bed throughout the day.
Ted puts a massive smile on everyone’s face, and he’s there to greet you every time you walk into the office.
Ted also loves carrots.
